Shipping Policy

At Qokani Herbs, we deliver nationwide across South Africa with a simple, transparent shipping rate. Please review our policy below.

 

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.

 

Shipping Fee

We charge a flat rate of R100 for shipping anywhere in South Africa — regardless of location or order size.

No hidden fees

No additional surcharges for rural or outlying areas

 

Delivery Timeframes

Nationwide Delivery

Main cities & metros: 2–4 business days

Townships & suburban areas: 3–5 business days

Rural or remote areas: 4–7 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on courier operations and external factors.

 

Order Tracking

Delivery Requirements

Deliveries take place Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
